I think for body types it's also about experience as opposed to say a motion or thought. A friend of mine who is a nine which is a body type says when he's trying to make a decision it can be very hard for him. Making decisions can be challenging for nines and he'll go back and forth in his head. But if he said if he can experience one option or the other then he can know very quickly.
