I used to say I didn't believe in any of this red light stuff, but there's some data that just came out of University College London from a guy who I know well and respect. Red light can really can increase mitochondrial function in the eyes and potentially hold off vision loss and enhance vision. Anything that can induce low levels of stress will give you focus.
