The Power of Silence in Chemistry

The room of 36-ish kids fell completely and utterly silent. Every single one of my students was actively engaged with the text. My students who are the ones who just rushed through everything to get it done, they couldn't with this. And that's what was really cool. They were using the exemplars at each station as well.
