The only scenario where we would switch somebody from um clippet and roll to ticagrelor is in what we call Plavix resistance scenarios. Those patients have a higher proportion of having Plavix no response to Plavix versus others. To know that 90 days is like a hard stop is very helpful So it's a hard stop for stroke You know sometimes they'll be on it for cardiac reasons, but if the cartilage just need it there's a different story.
