There is a lot of advice out there to delet social mediam aps and have a little dtox. But we really want to make sure that we are doing things that support us having the best identity possible. The second tip i want to give is to decide on specific times to check social media. And it's very challenging to not do something because you don't have something you can actually focus on doing. We always get who we believe we are in the end, we just keep getting pulled back to it.
