How to Reach Out to a Physical Therapist When You Have a Problem in Training
Some people don't even know that they can reach out to a physio and just casual an appointment and see what's wrong. The sooner you can get in to see somebody who is a movement specialist, the more beneficial it will be for your body. There are a lot of good PTs out there on social media. And I'm sure most of them, you can just shoot them a message, say, hey, I have this thing depending on licensure,. They can kind of talk you through it a little bit.
