i think gratitude is part of a greater whole. When i think about transition, it comes back to f a very familiar idea. How do we nourish the four areas of our lives and help to be grounded and balanced through through this experience? And gratitude definitely is part of that. I feel like that is both spiritual because i am often grateful, or the most powerful gratitude for me is is to god. It also helps my social life, because i become more grateful to others. That definitely was a part of when eve was sick. But if going forward, like as we go to cambridge, i am thinking about, ok, what do i need to do physically?"
