Yoga helped me with my back, it was the in yoga that really took away this little nagging pain. And then after a few years of practising and then teaching in i i am so much better. I can stand longer, i could sit longer. So i just had really fallen in love with yoga, and now i want to do into my old age and on to my deathd  I don't think it's acknowledged enough what it does for us as human beings to have,. first of all, that training, and thend, that motivation to show up.
