Our microbia may dictate the types of food that we feel best on. We're all unique, and will be out to digest food slightly differently because of that. If you've got fat busting microbes, then actually you be ot to deal with fat pretty well. But if you don't, they might leave you bloated and having problems. Some people maye av trouble eating foods cause they don't have the right microbes that break them down. They then send different signals to the brain, which might say, this is difficult for me. So i think it's a, it's a two way process.
