The Importance of Competition in Jiu Jitsu

I think competition is pretty important for everybody to dive into at least once. Not necessarily saying a lot of people can't handle it because of, you know, nerves and stuff like that. There's a place for everybody in Jiu Jitsu. And I always suggest to my guys, I'm like, do try it out. It might be something that they might push you to that next level. You don't know if you're a competitor until you actually do it.
