How to Measure Inclusion at Scale

Inclusion is not just the basic demographic category. It's like, what's the combination of these categories that really have these microcultures and how they're either perceived as in or out in the broader thing? I'm just curious. How do you get to some of these insights without losing people in the math? Because certainly some of our clients, you get some really cool quantrucks and they lose everyone on the third word. You've got to take that quite complicated insights and you've got to turn it into a compelling story that drives action that you can then measure.
