How to Deal With Panic Disorder

Working with the breath can be tricky if we're really panicked. Sometimes focusing on the breath actually can feel far too overwhelming. I'd really encourage you to do it with someone like with a therapist and get, you know, kind of some real support behind that. So there are quite a number of things that we can look at in terms of really supporting us when we're experiencing panic,. but then also really looking after ourselves after an experience of a panic attack.
