The best crossit games athletes are just able to handle an insane amount of training volume. That's really the requirement to become efficient. I honestly don't think rich froning or mat frasers v o two maxes, or lactate thresholds or what have you, or that much better than the athletes that are in fifteenth or twentieth. People kind of miss the point that mat spent years at the olympic training centr doing olympic weight lifting.
