I prefer to eat food that is less adulterated, you know, foods that are more close to how they would naturally have presented themselves. I've seen some posts about that and it's, it's odd. And also, but when people are traveling, they tend to be more active as well. They tend to have a lot less stress. So I think there are a lot of confounding variables. But then the dyes too, they have different dyes and foods that they don't allow. Yeah.
