Ruben Navarrette: There are two really interesting things going on at this moment in time. One is that Florida and Texas now have laws that essentially make it more difficult to moderate content online. He says the opposite happens on the side of content moderation online harassment. Navarrette asks whether we should be worried or concerned about what's out there right now.
