I Don't Predict the Future of the Market

I think that price parity seems it absolutely has to be price parity. You've got to make that like a really good, like make that as easy of a choice as possible. And then yeah, it has to taste better. Right now just doesn't taste good enough for meat eaters to make the switch and to make it permanently. That's why so many people, you know, dip in and dip out. If they loved the taste, they would dip in and stay in, but they don't. I agree with Jen Bartaschus when she says we're not changing our prediction from our research.
