So an example of where you have made a change using behavioral science to improve safety. Bob: There's so many different ways you can use it. But I guess a good example is access across sites. Some people might take notice; some people won't. Most people will take shortcuts and most people will take the direct route. We would then say, right, you need to engineer the environment. It could be everything from kind of painting lines on the floor to putting barriers up.
