There's nothing that i've found in my life that is as builds your confidence and makes makes you happier than watching your body improve. It's, it's addicting. And i try, i have to limit myself, because i get going a little too much, and then i' like a pai. Canti get hurt, you know? Teni got o onto tone it back a little bit, just little bits at a time. Like i don't want to l go crazy and try nto hurt myself, like, that's not my goal. My goal is to just, you know, progressively overload and just keep getting stronger.
