The environment inside a race car is very different to that of other sports. It can be 100 and 30 degrees in the cockpit, or 95 degree outside. The stress from driving for three and a half hours takes a toll on your body. Even if you don't have an awesome race, even high drin levels are still there after it's over. "You just keep thinking about the race week end," he says.
