The Negative Impact of Lactate Production on Muscle Lactate Levels

Lactate production may actually have a kind of a negative impact when we're trying to generate maximum myperture because of those two pathways that lead to super spinal synergy. So, so now here comes where I guess I get the plug a little bit of devil's advocate. Some of the arguments that I heard was that if we got better at basically the shuttling lactate, and that we like they we get better at buffering it, is that we can take shorter rest periods train harder. But Lance Armstrong had there was a genetic component, right? Like his ability to like have that lactate threshold, it was so much lower than other cyclists.
