The Evolution of Organizational Structure
A lot of our institutions were designed in the, you know, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th centuries. We are searching for new structures because the old ones don't work. A lot more organizations as we'll hear about more from crystal art using agile approaches now. So Tia addresses one thing that's good for certain things, agile is the same thing. But what we don't have is a holistic way of putting these things together. That's the challenge for the next decade or two.
