The Importance of a Good Leader
Binsana: Sales leaders don't feel bad enough when people that work for them. Don't become consistent performers, says Binsana. There's a wide variety of people's ability to succeed in any one environment and companies must be more flexible about how they communicate their goals with sales staff. She adds there are way fewer enterprises doing the right training these days which is creating legions of sales people who go filters throughout the rest of the industry.
