What Is the Transparency of the Unpleasant Emotion?
All of these emotions that are creating such big stories in our minds are essentially empty, transparent, insubstantial. But we give them a tremendous amount of power. We see fear arising when we get to the edge of what's comfortable to us physically. There really is no security in changing phenomena because it all keeps arising and dissolving. Can we recognize that and recognize the nature of the sky itself? The sky like quality of awareness of our own minds.
