Is There a Perfect Programme?

Recovery is affected by many individual factors, eu genes. I mean, some people recover quicker than others. A diet has its impact on ita, rest or how aryo, sleeping, stress levels big time. So there's all of these other things, which makes it very diffiicult to come up with this, you know, perfect programme. Because people have differnt schedules, different focuses. Some people just want to get stronger and get healthy and fit. And i would never give them a programme which has to work out in a day, you know.
