i used to always sit a patient down, and the very first time we reviewed a blood test, i would say, look, there's four things we're going to talk about from a lipid standpoint. We got to know your l p little, eh? I'd like to know how many of those are small, because it's a proxy for some other stuff. And i want to know your v l d ll remnant. While i can't measure that, so 'm going to approximate it with v l d. See. Well, i don't say that any more, because i've come to realize, really shat's a very crude, crude estimation that's almost useless.
