Cardovescly is the dominant measure of fitness, right? And that's probably because it's a general, moral, encompassing, non specific thing of fitness. To be classified somewhere in the middle, you need to run 15 minutes ra, which works out round six minutes. That's moderate for the performers. They're doing well underneath foll 20. I think that works out o five 24 per kilometer. T making a note here. She'll be able to do that. So that's your target. If you lo thinks othes, and you are male under the age of 30, you have to do the one and a half mile run in under nine 12 to be classified
