How to Start a Subscription Business
If you're a going concern if you're a big organization with a traditional model. Nike set up a small team of experienced people in the organization and gave them some flexibility kind of like entrepreneurs inside the organization to explore subscription. They came up with what I would call a forever promise which was as long as you have children. So it's a move away from product centric to one that’s more about that customer journey and tinker with it until you get it right.
