The Five Breath Pressure Technique

In the last three to five years, breathing becomes much more of a mainstay within other places. What I teach people is a five breath pressure technique that is just a five deep breath. And on the fifth breath, when you let your air out, you hold your breath. This is not meant to pass out. It takes about a minute, maybe a minute and a half for the entire process. So again, you're taking your breath in through your nose out through your nose.
