The Importance of Biomechanics in Jump Training
I've been messing around with jump training for almost ever since I learned or started to try to jump when I was a little kid and but I just constantly neglect how helpful things like basketball or soccer and sports were in my jumping jump training. When I did plyometrics that I usually would do on top of basketball so I had all this slow or this fast quick contact up in basketball I did a few depth jumps outside of basketball that were longer contact and and did it really it helped me out. Then later in life I wasn't playing the sport as much and then when I did all that long contact ply I was my body and my response and everything did start to changefundament
