How to Check in on a Daily Basis
The unburdening is a brief, connected check-in on a daily basis. It's just that attunement. Other parts will go into their heart and they can just do this or they'll be beside them. When you're dealing with neglect, in my experience, it takes a little longer because there at least was a relationship as distorted as it was. That would be the part I'm turning to first is working with that part that is struggling to believe that it is possible.
