There's like four main components and it's your body breaking down the food. Two is your activity during the day, literally moving around doing laundry, taking your dog for a walk. Three is your basal metabolic rate, which is literally like the energy that your body requires to make your heartbeat. And then the fourth would be like intentional exercise. Those are all four levers that you could technically like pull, so you're able to pull to increase the amount that you're burning.
