The Benefits of Pre-Working
You have to think about the pre work now, right? You have to figure out what are the things that I'm going to rate them on. Then people actually have to fill those out with a little bit of a rationale. And then each person does that independently. And then everybody kind of reads that in an anonymized fashion. So that's really what I've seen is the main downside. But other than that, I would say that it creates accountability to the decisions that you're making."
