The Effects of Cannabis on Sleep

Cannabis increases prolactin significantly more than non-smoked cannabis. It's unknown how much of that is the smoke, or how much of it is THC and CBD. Prolactin decreases LH release from the pituitary; can affect your testosterone if it's very frequent. And it also, again, gives you that negative direction at a reward that is probably not what you want to do consistently.
