Luley: I was also doing some focusing and internal processing that was more about finding the threads and then just feeling through those. The alice technique opened you up to the idea that a body based or a unity with the mind gut and body based theory could be quite good i had no idea what that meant until after i already started learning the alice technique. You can take conscious control over your awareness so you can expand your awareness, says Luley. When you do this thing of not diminishing your awareness or of expanding your awareness a ton of like effects start happening uh and and you and things feel easier it's sort of like when you are taking yourself into a small space
