The Dilemma of Understanding Calories
There's a lot of talk about calories in our industry right now, quite rightly so. But it's open to floodgate because the understanding wasn't quite there initially anyway. So I think we need to understand how much energy our bodies need on a daily basis. Even if we were to consume, say, 100 calories, for example, it doesn't mean that the body's going to take that and absorb it.
