Digital's Got Real Potential

I think it should be adopted while doing so we do sometimes do it badly so we've a doctor's assistant we've adopted things like behavioral insights ideas about letters reminding people they should attend their appointments and things. The idea that actually we should encourage more feedback from users would lead us to think about our services in a very different way but there are also digital solutions to that because if we had better data on our patients about their needs for communications recorded across and shared across the NHS then we could make sure that we were always sending letters in the right format. I think I think digital's got digital's got real potential is it can actually improve the relationship between individuals and the NHS as a whole It
