The Competing Meta Theories of Cognitiveism
There are competing meta theories versus that sort of cognitiveist approach would I be right in saying that? I think it very much depends on who you're reading to decide whether they are competing. What we're suggesting though is that there are shades of gray in all of the in lots of theories and there are also others that sit outside this two way dichotomy. There's lots of different things going on for example predicted processing would be a new one that we might discuss later on but what we're saying is that a coach if a coach goes right I am this or I am that then it's necessarily going to limit their ability to make sense of practice.
