How to Build a Media Institution

I love that idea of trying to build a media institution that lasts a really long time because one of my favorite things to do is actually I've been working back through the Atlantic catalog from the beginning. So you see kind of backwards justify like why you exist instead of like for you it's like well like we want to go do this thing. We can't really think of anything else that would be better. This would be awesome, so we're gonna go do it and it's gonna be difficult. It's gonna take areally long time but you know it's gonnabe awesome.
