How to Balance Sweets in Your Diet
I'm a big fan of doing like a little bit of food prep at the beginning of the week just to make my life easier because I don't like to have to, you know, cook and think about what to eat multiple times in a day. So for breakfasts, oftentimes I'll roast like a big tray of a starchy vegetable like potatoes or sweet potatoes and then I'll just reheat that in the morning.
