How to Stay Cool on a Hot and Humid Tour

When it's really hot and humid, the only thing I would suggest is that you try to organize your frame bag so that you can leave your hydration bladder in the very top horizontally of your frame bag. Having that camel back or hydration pack on your back just makes you feel so hot. So that's what I would suggest for a really hot setting. If it's like really cold and rainy and you know you're not sweating as much, you don't probably need to like push the salty foods as much,. But when it's hot and humidity,  I definitely wouldn't do any fried foods regardless of the weather conditions. I'd be looking for like just high carb.
