Our target audience is primarily middle aged men. I think that we should know by now that it's a lot easier to gain size and strength than a calory surplus. For me, it's different standards ad then the body building world, for sure. But ili be around 20 % body fat for me. A that works great. Can still have a life style that's enjoyable. Can eat a pretty flexibly. Dand i'd love any thoughts from you on if this middle aged guy that's just gone through the novice, hin your progression, still wants to keep getting stronger, but wants to to bias the weight gained towards muscel bat. What general advice do you have
