Can You Be Present in the Theatre?

i need the random sensory input from my eyes to off load my access ram. So it actually helps me to have eyes open and like, look at all kinds of random things. Sometimes my patients think i'm not paying attention because my mind has to just like look around at random ship. Ah, so it's a lot easier for me to think in my mind or try to understand, or be more present. But i don't want to be blind. It sounds like it's very hard for you to sit with sitting in the theatre. Can you be presentt everywhere? can you be present in the theatre? I'm talking about being present with the thing that notices that you're not
