How Did You Become More Into Beverages?

When did you become more involved with beverages? I was sort of the back of the house head bartender at the Campo De Fury and Aspen before I left there. And then I was bartending in New York when I moved back to the Red Cat. Then I moved on to Sushi Samba where I wasn't really handling the beverage program at the time, but I knew that's where I wanted to go.
