I think the first step for this is to pinpoint what the pattern is so you could stop it before it returns a small and kind and kind of stupid example is I used to not be the best at brushing my teeth at night. As much as I didn't want to I forced myself to brush my damn stinky teeth obviously there's much worse habits out there than not brushing your teeth. Make a three goal to do list so many of us procrastinate when we have too much to do and we put off doing it because we're too overwhelmed. Do not multitask i know you think multitasking will help you get things done quicker no do not focus on anything other than the three tasks
