I think I learned a lot through Alberto, like basically he kind of just says that we're probably going to see our best gains when we don't necessarily look our best. And that's kind of rang true for me as an athlete. Usually when I try to keep myself a little on the leaner side of things, training seems to struggle a little bit more and recovery struggles a little bit less. Sometimes just it's better to allow them to, you know, let the body weight creep up a little bit because a lot of that self imposed stress gets dissipated.
