If you're in a game show, if you're given option to call somebody versus ask the audience to vote, pick the yes. The audiencethe audience vote is much more likely to be accurate than just calling on one person. You don't usually need a very large crowd to ato to get to a high level of accuracy. We learn this from experiment but i'm curious, are there any theory on the mathematical level, or statistics level, that we can prove this is true?
