My sleep's into a lot of work on sleep and memory. And we know that sleep, after learning, will essentially hit the save button on those new memories so that you don't forget. Sleep will actually future proof that information within your brain. But you can even hack that system again too, and a clever trick. There is something called context dependent or cue dependent memory. When it is re triggered into the brain, with the smell, you unlock those memories more powerfully. As you go into the stage of sleep that cements those memories at night, which is called deep, slow wave sleep, or the deeper stages of nonrem sleep. So i'm going to replay those sounds whilst
