Is Your Shoe Liner Too Small?

When i was helping reboch years ago, come up with a kind of power lifting style shoe. Ray mc lannhan told me that he believes 90 % of people are wearing a shoe that is too small for their feet. And the great thing about it is it can be fixed. Even if you've been in shoes for a long time that are way too narrow, there's so much potential to fix it by just starting to adopt a wider towbox shoe and going barefoot more often.
