Is Your Calorie Burning a Good Maintenance?
For most people, their calories exercise are actually zero. Even for those that do exercise, it's only about five to ten percent of your daily energy expenditure. If you're eating more than you're burning, we call this a calory deficit. The next component is the non exercise activity, thermogenesis, or neat. This is all of the movement we do in a day that's not a specific workout per se. And then finally, we have exercise activity thermogenesis and this is our true workout sessions.
