Are You Seeing Clients Talk About Quitting?

I'm convinced we're thirsty for interaction with others. I just think that we've had a really, really perfect storm of the pandemic. Boss is not checking in as much, feeling disengaged. The more you're away from your peers, it's gotten to the point where it's pretty easy to not do your part. For some reason, this conversation around how we work together has really been to like fully in or fully out. It's just never been that way.
